- Once the order is placed, it is considered a confirmation from the customer. There shall be no alterations to the order, and no returns will be arranged.
- In case of any defects or incorrect items sent, please kindly notify us within 3 days from the date you received your order. Same products will be provided subject to the availability of the product; and courier charges (both ways) will be covered by Lash Effect Hong Kong.
- Return items for exchange must be in original and good conditions, and by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
- Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We regret that no refunds, under no circumstances, would be arranged.
- Upon dispute, Lash Effect Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
HONG KONG SHIPPING
- Free local shipping via SF Express is available for purchases of HKD$500 or above (residential or commercial address, or any SF stations/SF related pick up points).
- Of course, delivery service is also available for purchases below HKD$500. Courier charges (HK$50) will be settled by the customer, on delivery.
- Delivery lead time: 5-7 working days, upon order confirmation, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
- All orders are delivered during the week. No delivery service is available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- All orders are shipped via SF Express; and customers are NOT offered to choose which carrier for delivery.
